Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. You may track the progress of your order by clicking the link in the email.

Orders can only be amended provided they have not yet been fulfilled. To request a change to your order, please email wecare@posturealign.health with your order number and the item you would like to amend.

Depending on where you live, there may be additional charges to your order. Import fees, declaration fees and taxes are to be borne by the recipient. For more information on customs, duties, taxes and other import charges, please contact your local customs office.

Please find our delivery rates for international countries during checkout. Your parcel may be subjected to customs charges and additional tax upon delivery. All additional charges are to be settled by the recipient.

Gift cards can be stacked with discount codes and can be used multiple times until the value has been completely deducted.
